HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

Orders should be placed at least 2 - 3 weeks prior to your event date. Orders placed less than 2 weeks before an event date requires a $30 rush processing fee.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order is simple! You can visit our website, browse our product categories, and select the items you wish to purchase. Once you've made your selections, follow the checkout process to complete your order. If you face any issues or cant find what you need you can always send us a message /email.

DO YOU OFFER DESIGN ONLY ( NO PRINTING)

Yes. I can create custom designs and send you a digital file that you can print yourself.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

A deposit 50% deposit is required to start your order, with the reamining balance due before pickup or shipping

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR ORDERS?

Our typical turnaround time varies depending on the product and order size. Generally, you can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. For custom designs, please allow additional time for consultation and revisions.
