WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Orders should be placed atleast two weeks prior to your event date. Orders placed one week or less before an event date requires a $30 rush processing fee.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order is simple! You can visit our website, browse our product categories, and select the items you wish to purchase. Once you've made your selections, follow the checkout process to complete your order. If you face any issues or cant find what you need you can always send us a message /email.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR ORDERS?
Our typical turnaround time varies depending on the product and order size. Generally, you can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. For custom designs, please allow additional time for consultation and revisions.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Local pickup is available in the five boroughs. We ship worldwide through USPS, UPS and FEDEX. A minimum order of $75 is required for free domestic shipping. Client pays for items shipped internationally.
